Movie Synopsys:

Old age is only part of an individual’s life, often the best and most fruitful part, but old age spent in loneliness is a disease of our times and our civilization.

The unhappiest die twice, first time when they are left alone and abandoned...The years cover a happy old-timer’s face with wrinkles, sorrow covers up the wrinkles on an unhappy old-timer. Loneliness is not being alone, loneliness is when no one needs you. SUNFLOWERS is ballad about loneliness. The distance to kindness, warmth and happiness is seven miles long until we have walked it , and when we’ve walked it, it’s only a small, ordinary step. SUNFLOWERS is also a ballad about that small, important step.
