Movie Synopsys:

At the end of January, in 1942. the First Proletarian brigade gets surrounded by strong enemy forces on Romanija.

Headquarters brings a dangerous decision, which is the only possible one. They should go near Sarajevo, over Igman mountain, towards the liberated Foca. The Igman march was carried out during the night between 27. and 28. January, under the heavy snow and cold.

That march became legendary, and forty frozen fighters were transfered to Foca hospital. There, they bravely endured superhuman pains during the amputation of frozen body parts without anesthesia.
