Movie Synopsys:

An elderly foreman lives with his young wife in a small village mill, which employs a few labourers. Life is harsh, and it seems that everyone has a right to create his own happiness out of another’s misfortune.

The foreman’s young wife leaves her husband and goes to the town in search of a driver who once stopped by the village on business, bringing disquiet ti their minds, but awaking sincere love in the young woman. In her search she gets to know the world of city suburbs and its false promises, until, humiliated and despairing she returns once more to the small village mill and her husband.
